• Home prices do not include sales tax or shipping.

• Kit prices are for logs with a rounded exterior and a flat interior.

• Add 10% to 8" log kit prices for logs with a round exterior and a round interior.

• NOTE: Red cedar is a highly prized wood. Order at least six months in advance to allow us to obtain and dry to our specifications.

Payment & Delivery

• 50% deposit at the time of order.

• 50% balance due upon delivery.

• Approximately 6-8 week lead time required from the time of order to the time of delivery.

• Arrange financing with your local lending institution.
